Introducing the new state-of-the-art surgery technology, the Prime Surgery Center. Our Indiana surgery center is a newly added center (2023) in the Castleton area off of 82nd Street and is situated between the Castleton Mall and the Keystone Fashion Mall. Currently, we have two operating rooms along with a procedure room. The center offers interventional pain management solutions under highly trained and board-certified physicians. Prime Surgery Center is licensed by the State of Indiana Department of Health, and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS).
